These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the MobileBitz New Zealand website ("MobileBitz", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand law.

MobileBitz New Zealand operates in New Zealand and supplies products and services to customers within New Zealand and selected international locations.

Methods of Payment

Payment is required at the time an order is placed, including for backordered or temporarily out-of-stock products unless otherwise stated.

If you need to amend or cancel an unshipped order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Ordering Products

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing, product descriptions, and availability are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing or product information error is identified after your order is placed, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected information.

MobileBitz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or events outside our reasonable control.

For unusually large, remote, or heavy orders, additional shipping charges may apply. If revised shipping costs are required, we will contact you before dispatch. You may cancel the order for a full refund if you do not accept the revised shipping charges.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("CGA") or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection law.

If products supplied by MobileBitz fail to meet guarantees under the CGA, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Where products are purchased for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to the extent permitted by New Zealand law.

Returns & Refunds

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address details

• Refused delivery

• Failure to collect parcels

• Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.

If an order is returned to us and remains unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact you, we reserve the right to charge storage, re-delivery, or administrative costs where permitted by law.

Repair Services

Repair services are subject to our Repair Terms & Warranty Policy.

By booking or authorizing a repair with MobileBitz, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable repair terms and conditions.

Voucher Codes & Promotions

Voucher codes and promotional offers:

• Are valid only during the advertised promotional period

• Must be entered during checkout

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• Cannot usually be combined with other offers

• May be withdrawn or modified at any time unless otherwise required by law

Privacy & Personal Information

By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that we may collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy laws.

Online Contract Formation

A contract is formed only when we accept your order by:

If we reject or cancel your order before acceptance, you will receive a refund of any payment made.

Fraudulent activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

Age Restrictions

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, MobileBitz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
