At MobileBitz, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable customer service. If you experience an issue with your order, we are here to help.

# Change of Mind Returns

MobileBitz does not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

At our discretion, eligible unused products may be approved for:

  • Exchange
  • Store credit
  • Product swap of equal value

within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Products must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, installation, or wear

Shipping costs for change of mind returns are non-refundable.

MobileBitz reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and does not apply to faulty products.

# Faulty or Damaged Products

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the issue, MobileBitz may provide:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Photos or additional information may be requested to assist with assessment and products may be inspected or tested to determine whether the issue is covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or applicable warranty coverage.

# Screen Protectors

Screen protectors are designed to absorb impact and help reduce damage to device screens. Due to the nature of tempered glass products, physical cracks, chips, lifting, impact damage, pressure damage, or installation-related damage after application are not considered manufacturing faults.

Screen protectors damaged through accidental impact, drops, pressure, or misuse are not eligible for replacement or refund.

# Wallet Cases & Accessory Wear

Wallet cases are designed for light everyday card storage. Excessive card storage, overfilling, stretching, bending, or heavy pressure may affect magnets, folding areas, stitching, hinges, or overall product lifespan.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by excessive stress are not considered manufacturing faults.

# Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or installed screen protectors

  • Opened hygiene-related items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged through misuse or accidental damage

  • Incorrectly ordered products for unsupported devices

  • Installed accessories

# Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly.

For approved warranty claims, MobileBitz may cover reasonable shipping costs where applicable.

# Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for banks or payment providers to complete processing times.
