MobileBitz ships throughout New Zealand using trusted courier partners including NZ Post and Post Haste.

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched the same business day or the next business day after payment has been received and cleared.

Orders placed outside normal business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Estimates

Urban deliveries generally arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Rural deliveries may require additional transit time depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible New Zealand orders over $50.

Additional charges may apply to rural delivery addresses.

Click & Collect may be available on selected products and locations. Availability will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
