Please retain proof of purchase for exchange or refund for any product or service. The item must be in its original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals etc.
We might not refund/return if:
- You change your mind.
- You decided you don't want the goods.
- You find same product cheaper elsewhere.
- You bought it for someone else and they don't like it or already have.
- You bought something that doesn't fit or doesn't match what you already have.
If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee Act to provide remedy.
